🔹 Bearing: Standard product with ERB bearing, 14000 hours operation. Customized imported TPI/NSK bearing options available.
🔹 Motor: Coil adopts fine pure copper enameled wire. Rotor uses famous brand silicon steel sheets.
🔹 Valve: Valve steel from Sweden SANDVIK; excellent flexibility and durability. Thickness from 0.08mm to 1.2mm.
🔹 Piston Ring: Wear-resistant high temperature resistance; ensures more than 10,000 hours of service life.
All main parts are designed and produced in-house, including aluminum die-casting, motor production, and precision finishing. With a capacity of 300,000 units per month, we provide professional OEM/ODM services for high-end customization.
The facility includes 8 motor production lines, 16 aluminum die-casting machines, and over 150 high-precision CNC lathes. Every pump undergoes rigorous testing in specialized laboratories, including high/low temperature, ROHS, and life cycle testing.
Products have passed ETL, CE, and CCC certifications. We hold more than 20 invention and utility patents, and have been recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise.
