Measure the diameter of the exhaust pipe at the bottom of your cutting platform and provide it to us. We will calculate the exact air volume required for your specific setup.

We install spark catchers (baffle or swirl type) which use a labyrinth structure to extinguish sparks by forcing them against cold plates multiple times.

How is the dust and fume pollution eliminated?

We use high-precision imported flame-retardant filter cartridges as standard units to filter dust and smoke, similar to high-end automobile engine filters.

Does the system require an external chimney for venting?

No, external venting is not required. The high-precision filter material captures 99% of 0.3um dust, allowing for direct indoor discharge.
