Product Description

Disposable Infusion Pump

Brief Introduction:

This medical device is designed for clinical ease-pain treatment, providing relief or lenitive pain management. It utilizes the flexibility of a silicone reservoir to allow for constant minimal drop control through a capacity catheter, ensuring a safe and efficient continuous ease-pain infusion.

Construction:

  • Single valve add-medicine set
  • Elasticity bursa stocker set
  • Medicine liquid filter
  • Bounds flux set
  • Self-control infusion (Optional)
  • Pipeline and conical connectors

Apply Scope:

This product is used for continuous minimal infusion clinical treatment.

🛠️
Use Instructions
  1. Take out the infusion pump from the sterile package.
  2. Remove the cap from the add-medicine inlet, clip the stopper closed, and infuse the prepared medicine by syringe into the liquid bursa stocker.
  3. Ensure there is no air in syringes when adding medicine. If air exists in the bursa, it can be exhausted manually or will exclude itself after 1-2 hours.
  4. After adding medicine, open the clip and press the self-control button (CPA) 1-2 times to expedite flow into the pipeline.
  5. The PCA button allows patients to control additional medicine dosage as per doctor's instructions.
  6. Flow may be slightly faster during the first 1-2 hours due to the physical characteristics of the silicone bursa.
  7. Standard flow rates are based on distilled water at standard temperatures; variations in medicine density or temperature may affect flow by approximately 10%.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the primary use of this disposable infusion pump?
It is used for clinical ease-pain treatment, providing continuous minimal infusion of medicine to relieve or manage pain effectively.
How is the device sterilized?
The device is sterilized using Ethylene Oxide (EO), ensuring all components are sterile, non-toxic, and non-pyrogenic.
Can the patient control the dosage?
Yes, models equipped with a PCA (Patient-Controlled Analgesia) button allow patients to administer a limited additional quantity of medicine as instructed by their doctor.
What should I do if there is air in the bursa?
The silicone bursa can exhaust air itself. If a small amount of air remains, it will typically be excluded after 1-2 hours of use.
What is the shelf life of this product?
The product comes with a 5-year quality guarantee period from the date of sterilization, provided the package remains intact.
Is the infusion flow rate constant?
The flow rate is designed to be constant; however, physical characteristics of the silicone may cause a slightly faster flow in the first 1-2 hours. Factors like medicine viscosity and temperature can also affect flow by about 10%.
